Based on Steuben destemmed and fermented with skins for 6 days, blended with co-fermented Muscat Bailey A and Merlot, and Niagara, Delaware, and Neo Muscat with 12 hours of skin contact. Before bottling, Delaware juice was returned to adjust the sugar content, and secondary fermentation was carried out in the bottle.
A rosé sparkling wine characterized by refreshing acidity and slight tannins.
