The apples from Azumino combined with a small amount of wine grape Yama Sauvignon, leaving some cloudiness, have resulted in a beautiful color like a natural style rosé wine.
This is a lightly sparkling cider with bubbles gently blended, born from secondary fermentation in the bottle, the same method as Champagne.
The faint tannins of Yama Sauvignon, the rich fruitiness of apples, and the gentle sparkling bubbles roll over your tongue, quenching your dry throat.
