Semillon grown in-house in Ota Saiwai-cho, Miyoshi City was harvested and brewed.
Fermentation was carried out at low temperature, followed by three months of tank aging after alcoholic fermentation, then secondary fermentation in the bottle. After that, six months of bottle aging was conducted, and disgorgement was performed in mid-June.
This sparkling wine has a well-balanced body characteristic of Semillon, with aromas of minerals, citrus, pear, and yeast-derived toast.
