Shizen Sparkling Koshu is made using 100% grapes grown in our own vineyard in Makioka Town, Yamanashi Prefecture, and is produced by the traditional method (the same method as Champagne production) with a minimum of two years of bottle aging.
This wine, which perfectly matches Japanese cuisine, is made without blending any other varieties, avoiding sur lie aging in barrels and excessive malolactic fermentation to bring out the pure fruit flavor of the Koshu grape.
