This is a fresh, early-release wine made by fermenting lightly colored pale Sangiovese for a short period, lightly pressing, and bottling. It is an unfiltered, sulfite-free "unnatural wine" that closely follows the popular natural wine production method.
It has the aroma of berries and rose petals, with a hint of cream. Enjoy the balance of fruitiness and delicate acidity with a refreshing, lightly sparkling finish.
