Uses only grapes made by the "master grape growers" of the three northeastern Tohoku prefectures, who are passionate about cultivating wild grapes and wild grape hybrids. A rosé wine with a fruity aroma derived from sakura yeast, a gentle sweetness, and a crisp acidity, all well balanced.
