Pale yellow with a wheat tint, greenish gloss. Brightness and shine are healthy. Ripe apple, pear, and quince fruit aromas, with floral scents (orange blossom, linden tea, hawthorn, honeysuckle, white rose), herbs (anise, sage), lemon and orange peel, nuts and smoked almonds, and nuances of acacia honey mixed in. The attack has a beautiful fruity impression reminiscent of apple and citrus, elegant and creamy, with a pleasant texture of fine bubbles. Moderate alcohol sensation. High umami impression, with a citrusy acidic finish. Toasty brioche-like aroma with gentle saltiness and a transparent mineral aftertaste. A dry sparkling wine that pairs well with various foods.
