Brewed with 100% grapes from Hitachi Vineyard, which started cultivating wine grape varieties in 2016 in Hitachiota City, one of Ibaraki Prefecture's leading grape-producing areas.
Chardonnay grown on shelves was harvested early at a stage rich in acidity and finished as sparkling wine in a pressure-resistant tank for beer.
A refreshing aroma that evokes lemon, with fresh and lively acidity, and bubbles that dance in your mouth.
