This is the (temporary) final chapter of the series, 【Mojanosuke】.
【domaine Mojamoja】 is a series of wines made from grapes grown in the Fukuyama Wine Workshop's own vineyard. It was named 【Mojamoja】 because Kazuki Furukawa, who becomes especially bearded and fuzzy during the brewing season, is involved. This is a super lightly sparkling red wine made from approximately 50-year-old Muscat Bailey A vines from our own vineyard. It is a wine with a unique character like the Mojanosuke on the label! The 2023 vintage has also become a soft wine. No antioxidants have been added. Please store at cellar temperature or in the refrigerator. Unfortunately, the vineyard contract has ended, so Mojanosuke will also take a break. We have started cultivating Muscat Bailey A from seedlings in another own vineyard, so we will do our best to revive it along with the winery's revival!
