This is a cloudy, lightly sparkling wine made from Muscat Bailey A produced by farmers in Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture.
It features a sweet strawberry-like aroma and a pale rosé color.
We brew with minimal use of antioxidants.
Since it is very sensitive to changes, please store the bottle upright in a temperature-controlled place such as a wine cellar. Also, when drinking, chill the bottle well while standing upright before opening.
It also goes well with spicy dishes like ethnic cuisine and charcuterie made with pork.
When paired with dishes spiced with chili peppers, you can taste the sweetness of the grapes.
Fukuyama has been a region cultivating Muscat Bailey A for about 80 years.
It was previously cultivated for fresh consumption, but now it is grown for wine production at Fukuyama Wine Workshop. Please enjoy the deep flavor of grapes harvested from old vines.
