Seibel is the first grape variety for me.
Many people probably don't know much about it.
Recently, it seems that the number of growers is gradually decreasing.
It was miraculous that we were able to use it this time.
This is the first time meeting Seibel, and this year we made it simply, like a Nouveau. When first opened, it has a slight fizz. Slightly warmer temperature brings out a richer umami? Gentle acidity with flavors of white fruits like pear, apple, quince, and ripe citrus, along with floral aromas. I think it became a wine with a gentle drinking experience that goes down smoothly.
I think it will be easy to drink for young people and those not used to wine. I hope you enjoy the first Agri-Cœur wine of 2024.
If Japanese people make Japanese wine in Japan, it should be with grapes rooted in Japan.
I want to express Japanese culture, tradition, and sensibility through Seibel wine.
