Curvedocchi / Yamadori Flying (Rabluska) 2023 (Rosé Sparkling) 750ml
Regular Price ¥3,520It was made by assemblage of Steuben from the Tohoku region with Campbell and Delaware, among others.
Since each variety has a strong personality, we deliberately did not make it single-varietal, but combined the strengths and weaknesses of each to approach the desired flavor.
The gas pressure is set at 3.5 atmospheres. True to its name "Tobu" (Fly), it has a strong and firm foam.
Also, to approach the vivid red color of the actual copper pheasant, we performed disgorging to create a clear liquid.
The top notes are aromas of pink grapefruit and strawberry. When you take a sip, a soft-textured liquid spreads along with fine bubbles.
Although it is sparkling, it is a wine that can be fully enjoyed even after the bubbles have disappeared, so please try drinking it over several days.
