Our first attempt at a Pinot Noir rosé. Pinot Noir, which requires careful cultivation and has a smaller cultivation area even in Takayama Village compared to other varieties, is popular, so we boldly decided to make rosé wine.
Although it has a beautiful pale cherry blossom color, it overturns the preconceived notion of the lightness that comes with "rosé" wine, resulting in a rich and full-bodied finish. The dignity of the queen of black grapes, Pinot Noir, is also demonstrated here.
