Mount Akagi is located almost in the center of Gunma Prefecture. Our own vineyard spreads across its western foothills.
Volcanic ash soil at the foot of Mt. Akagi, gentle slopes, large temperature differences between day and night, uninterrupted sunlight from sunrise to sunset, etc.—all are considered optimal conditions for wine grapes.
This wine is made from grapes grown in vineyards located on the south and west sides of the winery.
Charming aromas and flavors of red fruits such as strawberry, cherry, and raspberry appear one after another, characterized by low astringency and crisp acidity, with a long-lasting, elegant finish.
