Using a special cuvée from Alex Craighead Wines. Aromas of cassis, raspberry, and orange peel. A rich, velvety texture with abundant iron and minerals. As time passes, cherry notes emerge, revealing the refined aroma of Pinot Noir. Perfectly pairs with game red meats such as lamb, wild boar, and venison.
