We assembled a balanced blend with the beautiful fruitiness of fully ripe Chardonnay, the aroma and complexity brought by Pinot Noir, and the acidity and sharpness added by early-harvested Delaware.
It is finished as a gently sparkling wine with a mild taste, and the aftertaste is refreshing, making it easy to pair with any dish.
The model on the label is a photo from the wedding in Hawaii of my best friend couple.
Of course for everyday meals, but I would be happy if it could be a wine that accompanies happy moments with loved ones and special days.
