Blended from a batch made solely with Merlot and another made with a blend based on Regent. All raw materials were fully destemmed and naturally fermented with wild yeast for one week at around 27°C. After fermentation, pressed with a basket press and aged about six months in stainless steel tanks. During this time, sediment was allowed to settle by gravity and racked twice. Afterwards, the individually prepared wines were blended.
Bottled in March 2023, then aged in the bottle for another six months, released in October of the same year.
Aroma of spices such as cinnamon and black pepper, along with black berries like cassis and blackberry.
There is also a meaty aroma reminiscent of coarsely ground sausage, giving a strong impact.
Smooth tannins, moderate acidity, and juicy flavors of red fruits fill the mouth.
The finish is very long, resulting in a refreshing red wine with a satisfying body.
