Muscat Bailey A grapes grown in Asahi Town, Yamagata Prefecture, were harvested late in early November, waiting until their sugar content and fruitiness were fully ripe.
To bring out the characteristics of the Muscat Bailey A grape, we performed "skin contact" by soaking the grape skins in the juice and fermented it slowly at a low temperature. This dry rosé wine features a sweet and floral fruit aroma combined with a refreshing acidity, creating a flavorful taste. Enjoy its "marriage" with a wide range of dishes.
