A dry white wine made from Chardonnay grown in Aomori Prefecture (Tsuruta, Hachinohe).
Natural fermentation by wild yeast, aged 6 months in old barrels.
The color tone is a transparent lemon yellow.
The aroma is gorgeous, with a fragrance like white roses, and the balance of acidity and minerals is perfect.
From the fresh fruitiness like La France pear and white peach, it gradually develops an apricot-like atmosphere over time.
The finish reveals an astringency like the core of an apple, tightening the overall taste and allowing you to feel the terroir of Aomori.
There is a faint sweet aroma from the old barrels, but it never feels overly made-up, remaining elegant throughout.
As a northern Chardonnay, it has a rich fruitiness, yet the acidity and minerals that never tire the palate are well balanced, supporting the flavor.
