An orange maceration wine made from Delaware grapes grown in Yamagata Prefecture, with a low-temperature maceration lasting 2 months (60 days).
Muscat Bailey A underwent a low-temperature maceration for 3 months (90 days), with stirring only 2 or 3 times during this period, leaving it mostly undisturbed. This minimal stirring prevented rapid sugar fermentation, allowing for better cold maceration and enhanced transfer of the grape skin aromas into the liquid. Before the secondary fermentation in the bottle, lactic acid fermentation was properly conducted in the tank. This process resulted in a wine with a delightful development of umami. Upon opening, you can enjoy fruity aromas along with a pleasant roasted scent. Please enjoy this "Iemaji Punch" from Yellow Magic Winery, a twist on "Fruit Punch," perfect for the upcoming season.
