This is the wine. May the vineyard become a new treasure of Osaka.
A refreshing aroma reminiscent of white flowers. This is a sparkling wine made with skin contact that has a well-balanced and solid richness. After fermenting with the skins, it was fermented in the bottle.
It is brewed to make use of the astringency and umami of Delaware grape skins, the fine bubbles of in-bottle fermentation, and the refreshing acidity.
The manufacturing method varies greatly depending on the brewing year.
