Uozu City, overlooking the rugged Tateyama mountain range, is known for game such as Asiatic black bears, wild boars, and Japanese deer, which are also representative foods. The concept is a rosé wine that "snuggles" up to the blessings of those mountains.
The grapes used are Merlot grown on trellises, which is rare at KANATA WINERY, and after cold maceration, they are pressed and fermented.
This is a rosé wine that pairs not only with game but also with vegetables, wild plants, and medicinal cuisine.
