The contrast between the slightly cooked, concentrated fruit flavor and fresh acidity is pleasant, and the strength of the abundant tannins and spicy finish are also attractive. Additionally, as time passes, elements of plants such as stems and leaf mold emerge, along with a broth-like sensation characteristic of Cantina Riezo. Although it may seem a bit plain immediately after release, it has high aging potential, and we also recommend enjoying the process of nurturing it at home.
