This is a red wine made from 100% grapes grown in Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture. The grapes harvested at Beads Needs Vineyards at the foot of Mt. Tsukuba were contract vinified. The fruit stored at 4°C was destemmed and crushed, then cold macerated, fermented with skins, and pressed. It was soaked with 1.5g/L of oak chips for 4 weeks in Overdrive [2018] to add an oak flavor.
