From the 2023 vintage, by approaching a more natural brewing method, we have been able to deliver to everyone the original fresh taste and umami of the fruit more than ever without compromising it. Due to the characteristics of cloudy sake, it has a somewhat sake-like impression despite being a wine, so it pairs well with Japanese cuisine.
A crisp and sharp taste, yet you can also feel a sense of volume.
