Mans Wine (Katsunuma Winery) / Imayo 2016 (Rosé Sparkling)
Regular Price ¥3,190A dry sparkling wine produced by Mr. Takuro Tatsumi, chairman of the "Japan Wine Lovers Association." Made using wild, robust wild grapes native to Japan since ancient times and the representative Koshu variety, crafted by the Charmat (Cuve Close) method.
A rich-flavored wine harmonizing the punchy acidity of wild grapes and the delicate aroma of Koshu grapes. You can enjoy the long-lasting, delicate, and smooth bubbles created by carbon dioxide produced by yeast dissolved directly into the wine.
"Imayo" means "trendy things." This wine, made from Japan's representative grape varieties, was named by Mr. Tatsumi with the wish to popularize "the spirit of Japan" in modern Japan.
