Hand-harvested and immediately destemmed, naturally fermented. Macerated for 14 days before pressing. Delaware grapes are used at different ripeness levels, both fully ripe and just before full ripeness. Aged for two months, racked twice, bottled without fining, filtration, or SO2 addition.

The palate is soft with a fruity acidity, featuring sweet nuances of apricot and honey. The exquisite balance of tannins envelops the mouth, allowing the flavors to slowly unfold, making it an all-around wine that pairs well with a variety of dishes.
