A rosé wine made from Pinot Noir, the first challenge by Villadest Winery.
Made from 100% Pinot Noir from our own vineyard. After destemming and crushing, the juice is left in contact with the skins overnight to fully extract the pigments, resulting in a beautiful rosé wine with a slightly orange-pink color.
The aroma evokes fruity notes of strawberry and cherry, with a taste that features moderate acidity and a solid structure.
This is a dry rosé wine that pairs well with a wide range of dishes from appetizers to main courses.
