Mr. Akiba's Chardonnay from Kaminoyama, which forms the backbone of the wine, is harvested over several days considering ripeness.
After direct pressing, it is aged in barrels.
Mr. Kazama's Steuben from Nanyo City is Brand Noir.
Mr. Iwase's Delaware from Kaminoyama is harvested just before full ripeness, not fully ripe Delaware.
The wine's taste is enhanced by a balance of refreshing acidity and a firm texture.
We carefully handled the preparation process for each grape variety.
All of these are blended in the perfect combination to complement each other the day before bottling and then bottled.
