Blending orange Delaware wine with white wines based on Delaware, Mondebrie, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, etc. It is said that blending a small amount of Vitis vinifera with Labrusca varieties creates a good harmony, so we tried it just for the sake of trying.
It has gentle tannins and freshness due to low alcohol, yet the aroma is quite voluminous. It's the kind of wine that you find yourself finishing a bottle of without noticing. The attack has lactic acid, then Satsuma mandarin,
and the scent of black tea. It seems to go with anything, but since it is an orange wine, I want to pair it with Chinese or ethnic cuisine.
