Cultivated without using any chemical fertilizers or herbicides.
After waiting for full ripeness and carefully hand-picking, natural fermentation was carried out using the "natural yeast (various strains)" that naturally occurs on the grape fruit.
This is a completely additive-free raw wine with no added yeast, no added sugar or acid, and no antioxidants used at all.
Since it is unfiltered, sediment may appear, but there is no problem with the quality.
