Aiming for a wine that can be enjoyed at everyday dining tables, it is made from 100% Chardonnay from Ishikari City, Hokkaido, crafted as a fragrant white wine. Named "Chardonnay Hachi" after the place name where the vineyard is located.
The color is a golden lemon yellow. The aroma is rich with flavors of yellow peach and mangosteen, with impressions of sunlight-rich notes like pineapple, honey, and dried persimmon. The taste has a good balance of warm regional fruit flavors and mellow acidity. It has a concentrated broth-like flavor and rich umami.
