Since 2015, we have started planting grapes in our own vineyard and contract winemaking, and despite various twists and turns, from 2020 we have gradually been able to harvest some grapes.
That said, if we only use in-house grapes, it would be just a very small amount of one or two barrels, and the potential of the grapes is still limited, so we blend with more trusted farmers to produce a sufficient quantity.
Thanks to the winemaking techniques we have cultivated so far and the wonderful grapes from the farmers, the taste, aroma, body, and overall balance are finished at a quality that is fully satisfying and comparable to our flagship Fattoria AL FIORE series.
