Although named "Ordinary Merlot," it is a slow-food style Merlot that underwent low-temperature fermentation and a careful 90-day cold maceration.
Without using methods like saignée or making a "strong" flavor, we brought out the deliciousness of fully ripe Merlot.
Also, a light malolactic fermentation (MLF) is occurring inside the bottle, giving a faint sense of gas.
Please enjoy the rich fruit flavor without any sharpness.
