The color is a garnet hue with a solid blackness at the center. Immediately after opening, you can sense modest aromas of dry cranberry and prune fruits, along with nuances of dried stems and soy sauce lees that have a salty nuance, accompanied by a refreshing menthol-like scent. On the palate, it has a moist texture, with fruit flavors spreading alongside the volume of alcohol, gradually giving way to dry tannins and youthful acidity that add dynamics to the wine. The finish is relatively clean but has a savory fruitiness that makes you want to eat something.
　This red wine has not only fruity notes but also nuances of saltiness such as soy sauce, so it can be enjoyed with various dishes as long as they are not heavily seasoned, such as kinpira burdock, chikuzen-ni (simmered root vegetables), Japanese dishes like yakitori and ginger pork, as well as dishes like chinjao rosu and hamburg steak.
