The contrast between the slightly cooked, concentrated fruit flavor and fresh acidity is pleasant, and the strength of abundant tannins and spicy finish is also appealing. Additionally, as time passes, elements of plants such as stems and leaf mold emerge, along with a broth-like sensation characteristic of Cantina Riezo. Although it may seem a bit austere immediately after release, it has high aging potential, and enjoying its development at home is also recommended.
