A wine with a balanced flavor, made by blending several varieties of grapes.
Grapes harvested from contracted farmers in Niigata City were carefully fermented and aged in barrels for one year.
Merlot made from clay soil is characterized by a slight greenish note even when fully ripe. To positively utilize this flavor, carbonic maceration was applied during fermentation, giving it a soft yet structured taste.
