Made using Merlot from our own vineyard. After destemming and crushing the Merlot, it was vinified using a direct press method. After pressing, the juice underwent debourbage and was stored at low temperature for about 11 days. Yeast was added to start fermentation. After fermentation, protein removal was performed, followed by filtration and bottling.
Notes of red fruits, flowers, and herbs, especially rose, giving a floral and elegant aroma. It has a calm acidity with a slight sweetness, providing volume and richness.
