The effort to improve the quality of Merlot began with the 2020 VT. In the second year, 21 VT, we made use of the reflections from the previous year and became more conscious of how to deal with microorganisms and how to use barrels. We feel gradual growth, but there is still much to be done.
Automne was made by delaying the harvest period and using only well-colored grapes. It stands out for its youthfulness, but it has become a red wine to look forward to after aging.
