The effort to improve the quality of Merlot began with the 2020 vintage. In the second year, the 2021 vintage, we applied the lessons learned from the previous year and became more conscious of how we deal with microorganisms and use barrels. We feel gradual growth, but there is still much to be done.
Automne was made by delaying the harvest period and using only grapes with good coloration. It stands out for its youthfulness, but it has become a red wine that promises enjoyable aging.
