This is a red wine made from 100% grapes grown in Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture. Grapes harvested at Beads Needs Vineyards at the foot of Mt. Tsukuba were contract-brewed. The fruit stored at 4°C was destemmed and crushed, then cold macerated, fermented with the skins, and pressed. There is no barrel flavor.
