In late October, when the first snow fell on Mt. Gassan, fully ripe Merlot was handpicked and slowly aged in new French oak barrels.
In 2023, we harvested fully ripe grapes blessed with good weather.
Harvested at the best timing when the seeds turned like roasted nuts and aged in French oak (old barrels).
A blend of Merlot, Syrah, and Pinot Noir with fruity flavors, gentle tannins, and a soft, pleasant taste that is elegant.
