A red wine made using Cabernet Franc from our own vineyard in South Shinshu. It was aged for 8 months in American oak and French oak barrels. Aromas of blueberry, mocha, and mint. Fruit flavors reminiscent of cassis and pomegranate. A wine with a soft texture where rich acidity and silky tannins blend harmoniously, providing a pleasant experience.
