Vignolons Reserve is made from 100% grapes grown in our own vineyards. Among them, only carefully selected grapes are used, making it a representative wine of Willamette. The meticulously cultivated Merlot undergoes "kamoshi fermentation" in oak barrels, followed by about one and a half years of aging. This red wine combines an elegant fruitiness with spicy aromas, offering a robust flavor along with softness and depth.
