"Merlot Blush 2023" is luxuriously made using only the free-run juice that naturally crushes and overflows from the fruit during the destemming (removal of stems and stalks) of Merlot grapes for red wine, and is brewed as a white wine.
The unique taste of blush, completely different from the red wine Merlot, gains fans every year, but with only 103 bottles produced, it is an extremely rare wine.
The rich aroma of ripe fruits like honey and apricot spreads abundantly, with dense fruit flavors and fresh acidity tightening the whole, making it a full-bodied blush wine.
Of course, it can be enjoyed on its own as wine, but it is also recommended to pair it with Italian or French cuisine, as well as fruit pizzas and sweets.
