This red wine, made from Muscat Bailey A and Merlot harvested in Chichibu City, was aged in whiskey barrels from a distillery in Chichibu, then soaked in roasted Japanese oak Mizunara wood. This limited wine features tannins and richness derived from the whiskey barrels, along with the subtle sweet aroma of Mizunara wood.
