Grapes are grown in a very harsh environment where midwinter temperatures approach minus 30°C, without using any herbicides or chemical fertilizers. The color is a deep rouge. It is powerful yet elegant, with a complex layering of aromas centered on black and purple fruit scents that captivate. This red wine has a rich and robust flavor, medium to full-bodied, unlike any previous rural rouges. It is fermented with wild yeast and is an unfiltered co-fermented wine.
