This wine is made from Merlot grapes cultivated and harvested in the vineyards of Ushiku Chateau and Ibaraki Agricultural College (Ushiku City), and brewed at Ushiku Chateau Winery, a nationally designated important cultural property and recognized as a Japan Heritage site.
The taste is sweet, with a light attack wrapped in a gentle aroma.
A fresh and pleasant refreshing acidity spreads throughout the mouth.
