Brewed with 100% grapes from Hitachi Vineyard, which started cultivating wine grape varieties in 2016 in Hitachiota City, one of Ibaraki Prefecture's leading grape-producing areas.
Aged for about 6 months in French oak barrels. (About 80%, the remaining 20% aged in stainless steel)
A well-balanced red wine with the flavor of fruits such as raspberries, accented by firm acidity and tannins.
