Uses Merlot from Koshu City, including our own vineyard. It is a red wine with a pleasant youthful aroma reminiscent of blueberries and wild strawberries, soft and smooth on the palate. After about one year of aging in small barrels, it develops a complex and well-balanced oak scent, and further bottle aging brings out a gorgeous bouquet and soft tannins in the flavor.
