Uses Merlot from Koshu City, including our own vineyards. It has a pleasant youthful aroma reminiscent of blueberries and wild strawberries, and is a soft, smooth red wine. After about one year of aging in small barrels, it develops a complex and well-balanced oak aroma, and further bottle aging brings out a fragrant bouquet and soft tannins in the flavor.
