Using Merlot saignée juice carefully cultivated by the contracted farmer "Kikuri Farm Suzuki" in Azumino City, Nagano Prefecture, it was fermented at a low temperature. You can enjoy the aroma of plum and apple, refreshing acidity, and pleasant tannins, with a rich flavor and umami that linger firmly in the mouth. This well-balanced wine pairs well with a variety of dishes, including Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine, as well as meat and fish dishes.
